Good to know
PMT is a calculator. It doesn't connect to a bank or move any money. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter, so your lender's payment may differ because of fees, taxes, insurance or rounding.
Starting interest rates come from public averages (Freddie Mac for home loans, the Federal Reserve for car and other loans). They are only a starting point, so enter the rate from your own offer.
